I have been waiting to read about Gibson and Oliver both for a long time. I knew they both would have a story I wanted to hear, I just didn't know it would be their story together with Mandy. The triad was a great story to read, Mandy is a great balance for both men who are such important parts of the pack and it was interesting to see how they all strengthen and support each other. I especially loved getting to see Mandy come into her own and show that she could be strong even if it wasn't a natural instinct for her.
When I first saw anything about this book I was very eager to see what would happen with Sinclair and Mira. I knew because of all that Mira was doing and risking that she would be fun to read about. I also felt like Sinclair had to have a reason why he made some of the choices he did. It was great to see him decide to open up to Mira and let her know his past, which in turn let us know what had happened to make Sinclair so eager for revenge. I understand Mira's doubts about Sinclair but I was frustrated at times with her under estimation of her own worth and skills. Mira is a great intelligent heroine and I was thankful that Sinclair worked so hard to show her she was amazing and brave.
